Portable Evaporative Air Cooler

Cooling Principle: Leveraging the natural process of water evaporation to efficiently absorb heat. As water cascades gracefully from the top to the base of the wet curtain, a thin, continuous water film forms on the surface of the intricately designed corrugated fiber material. When the air flows through this water-laden curtain, the water film absorbs the ambient heat and undergoes evaporation. This process extracts a substantial amount of latent heat, significantly cooling down the air as it passes through the wet curtain. The result is a refreshing burst of cool, humidified air, achieving superior cooling and comfort.

The whole fuselage shell is made of high-strength weather resistant engineering new materials  by injection molding,UV       resistant,anti-aging,deformation resistant,corrosion resistant,long service life  and other characteristics.It has high assembly    precision,reduces air leakage rate by 10%-20%,and can reduce 1-2 degrees Celsius more than the same period last year.It is    also equipped with dust-proof filter screen plugging template,evaporative wet curtain full wrapped   frame.

FJDAIMOND Environmental Protection Air Conditioning Evaporative Wet  Curtain is made of high-quality raw paper material.The  5090 type has the characteristics of fine density,good water absorptionhigh moisture stiffness,low shrinkage rate,no mold,and long service life.During the workprocess,it has the advantages of large evaporation area,high evaporation rate of over 90%,high cooling efficiency,and low pressure loss.It can also effectively remove dust particles in the air,with a removal efficiency of over 90% for PM10 and over 40% for PM2.5.

 

Harnessing the power of a cast iron/cast aluminum fully enclosed pure copper brand motor with an IP55 protection level, this motor is both waterproof and moisture-proof. With F-level insulation, it ensures stable temperature rises under continuous operation. The motor offers variable frequency speed regulation (220V/380V), adaptable to diverse working conditions.

There are two efficient ways to add water.
