Portable Evaporative Air Cooler

Cooling Principle: Harness the natural power of water evaporation to achieve superior cooling and humidification. As water cascades down from the upper section of the wet curtain, a continuous water film forms over the textured fiber material. When air flows through this wet curtain, the water film absorbs heat from the air and evaporates, efficiently removing a substantial amount of latent heat. This process significantly reduces the temperature of the air, delivering a refreshing and invigorating atmosphere with enhanced moisture levels, perfectly embodying the essence of cooling, comfort, and climate control.

Shell body technology

The whole fuselage shell is made of high-strength weather resistant engineering new materials  by injection molding,UV       resistant,anti-aging,deformation resistant,corrosion resistant,long service life  and other characteristics.It has high assembly    precision,reduces air leakage rate by 10%-20%,and can reduce 1-2 degrees Celsius more than the same period last year.It is    also equipped with dust-proof filter screen plugging template,evaporative wet curtain full wrapped   frame.

FJDAIMOND Environmental Protection Air Conditioning Evaporative Wet  Curtain is made of high-quality raw paper material.The  5090 type has the characteristics of fine density,good water absorptionhigh moisture stiffness,low shrinkage rate,no mold,and long service life.During the workprocess,it has the advantages of large evaporation area,high evaporation rate of over 90%,high cooling efficiency,and low pressure loss.It can also effectively remove dust particles in the air,with a removal efficiency of over 90% for PM10 and over 40% for PM2.5.

 

The cooler incorporates a robust cast iron/cast aluminum fully enclosed pure copper motor, featuring IP55 protection for superb waterproofing and moisture resistance. With an F-level insulation protection, it ensures consistent motor temperature even under continuous operation. The motor's infinitely variable frequency speed regulation (220V/380V) accommodates a variety of operational demands.
